Ease of use
Since I am using it for biking and running, sometimes I have problems getting it to switch between the two. When I tranfer the info from my garmin to the computer, sometimes the workout is put in the wrong category which getts annoying.

The plastic watch strap that comes with the device in my opinion sucks. So I swithced to the velcro strap and its very comfortable.

I'm glad the price dropped from 350.00 to 250.00. It is worth all it does.

Never dealth with them. But when my father in law had a problem with his they automatically sent him a new one.

When it is set and ready to go its great. But sometimes its hard and confusing to get it set.
Strengths
I love the gps system.
Weakness
Its difficult to switch between different sports. The battery does not last long enough to do an ironman with.
