"Love it. Just wish there were some pretty major improvements in the directions and device size. Have come to enjoy swimming with it."wagjef
Ease of use
The idea is simple and if you just ignore the numbers it would be great. Problem is the clock was bought to count laps for you and you have to be about a 2 feet from the face to read the numbers. It does light up 3 LEDs when you hit it to show it registered a reading. The directions are useless. Somewhat unorganized and hard to follow. The clock doesn't function like it is supposed to if you follow the directions.
Quality of Construction
It is a waterproof clock. It is better the average in construction but it isn't meant to withstand a lot of dropping or rough care.
Durability
It works as it should.
Value
It is the only thing out there like it. It works and I have come to enjoy it even though I haven't finished going through all the features.
Appearance
Looks really nice just wish it was a little bigger. Hard to read at times.
Customer Service
Haven't needed to use them.
Performance
Works like it should just hard to read. Don't try and do a kick turn thinking you will tap it with your foot because you only knock it loose.
Strengths
Only thing out there that counts your laps for you and clocks them.
Weakness
Only counts the last 50 laps. Do 100 laps and you can review you last 50. It overwrites data as needed.
Hard to read on the fly. Best bet is to try and read the clock every 2 or 3 laps.
Hitting it to hard knocks it loose from the pool then you have to stop and re-attach it.

Ease of installation
My pool is stainless steel all the way around the top so the suction cups work 90% of the time. Needs to be pressed back on once in a while.
