"With the $500 I saved vs. the Durace spec bike it will go towards aero wheels. Need more info, this says it best...

For my first TT bike, it has been easy to make the switch to a full tri bike

So far so good. This is a rock solid bike and it rides like it. One minor complaint, the vision "claw style" brake levers rattle a bit, a minor annoyance but still an annoyance.

I was fitted at my LBS, after my first initial fitting when ordered and an hour after it arrived we had it dialed in and it fits perfect.

The seat is somewhat lower end in price, however I am glad because this saddle is better than the one I picked out for myself on my last bike and paid over $100. The full carbon frame dampens out the bumps so the over all ride from my old Aluminum frame is a huge upgrade.

I could make any one of many tweeks including seat post angle by relocating the seat to the second hole on the seat-post. All the other adjustments are like most other bikes.

Too early to tell.

This bike with the Ultegra component set comes in at $2500. However, I was supposed to get FSA Gossamer cranks but low and behold it came with FSA MegaExo carbon cranks found on the Durace bike - a nice $200 addition for free. Also, its the P2C frame found on the Durace bike so the frame is top notch regardless.

I was not sure if I would like the gray-black-white Ultegra colors vs. the red-black-white of the Durace package but the neighbor hood thought it was a sexy bike (unlike the rider) - I just want it to be comfortable and fast - it could be butt ugly for all I care but its not.

Lets hope I won't be needing it, but they kept my LBS updated on the build process (that did take over three months) and delivery, it came in two weeks earlier than quoted so my thanks to them. Its a 48cm and none were readily available.

I am still learning how to ride this beast, on the flats its about .5 to 1 mph faster immediately but when I hit the hills its a bit of a learning curve on how to shift through the climbs. I am going from a front triple to double.

Smooth, comfortable ride without sacrficing performance - actually enhancing it. A change vs. 2007 is the brake lever upgrade to the Vision claw-style lever. This bike won Kona, so that's got to be worth something even if I never make it there.

None that I have found thus far. The wheels are competent but an item I look to upgrade soon.
