"In my battle against ITBS, this product has helped remarkably. It is much more aggressive than a foam roller, which tends to soften over time and has too wide of a circumfrence to really dig in.
I love using the quad roller on my quads and hamstrings, as well as my hip flexors. It breaks up the knots and adhesions.
Recommended for many conditions, including ITBS, plantar fasciitis, knee and hip dysfunction, etc. Lots of great articles at the website too.

DVD and book walk you through the different therapies.

Rollers and block are very good. Ball seems to get soft rather quickly.

Padded rollers are more aggressive than a foam roller.

Rollers are well made and have held up well.

$140 seems awfully overpriced for two rollers, a ball, and a foam block.

Nice design.

Haven't used them yet but I understand they are very responsive in all regards.

Great deep tissue/trigger point work with the rollers. Can use it for many body parts, especially if you're creative.

Ultimate Six book covers all of the common trigger point issues for runners, most of which translate to cycling as well.

Price! Ball is a bit soft. I'm a much bigger fan of lacrosse balls and use one instead.
