"The level of service that I get from this company is superb. In one of my orders, I got what looked like a hand written note from Mike Folan, who is the President of the company. I am not sure if it was printed up, but it looked like real handwriting to me. Ease of use

Way easy to use -- comes with a scoop and clear directions of how many scoops to add for a specific number of calories.

If I ever mix the product too strong, all it takes is a hit from a water bottle to clear out the stomach.

Value

A huge bottle of INFINIT lasts me about half the year. I think with shipping I typically pay $35, which is a little more than a huge canister of Gatoraide. The use and relevance of INFINIT is much better than any other product on the market.

Performance

I have never had an issue with INFINIT and my performance while using it.

Strengths

I went to all liquid nutrition two years ago after reading about some of the success some of the trainers and coaches at BT had experienced. I searched for a solution that worked for me and really came up short. I couldn't really get one beverage that would meet all of my needs, so I started actually blending my own drinks with a combination of Gatoraide, Enduralytes, and sometimes the old GU beverage that they put out. That was a pain in the butt.

I started poking around the Internet and found INFINIT and loved the idea. I put together a combination that I thought would work for me and placed my order. I started using the product that was shipped to my house on a 100 mile ride I had scheduled the next weekend. My blend includes heavy electrolytes because I am a heavy sweater, about 300 calories per hour, lots of carbs, low protein as it causes GI issues for me during heavy exercise, lots of caffiene, and low flavor.

Two years later and I still use the product. I have gone through a couple of different combinations, but I have always been pleased with the results. I do not carry gels, bars, or anything else right now. I use INFINIT on my tri bike, mountain bike, and even during runs of 10 miles or more.

Weakness

Nothing is perfect and I would never give anything a perfect score. The pricing is fair, but a little on the high side if you are a weekender. I don't mind the price because when I compare the calories I get from INFINIT to the calories in the number of gels I used to consume, INFINIT wins out.
