Ease of use

Great website for running & tri stuff. I bought a pair of Yankz from them on Monday, received them (with free shipping) on Wednesday.

Customer Service

The customer service from the website was great. I had confirmation of order and confirmation of shipment e-mails. I was able to find what I was looking for with no issue. Plus the owners hand-wrote a note on my receipt. Very cool.

Strengths

They had what I needed. Their prices were competitive and they offered free shipping. That's why I ordered from them.

I'll order from them again because of the excellent (and speedy) customer service.
