"This is a great product that makes the hours on the trainer go by much faster. The software is a little buggy and the customer support is nonexistant. That being said, I'm glad I bought this product over it's competitor, Computrainer."AndrewMT

Ease of installation

Fairly straightforward. Instructions are very poor, but fortunately they aren't really needed.

Software takes a little familiarization, but after that it's extreemly easy to use.
