"As a firefighter/paramedic I see this as a valuable too to all racers, no matter the sport. Rather than place a quote on my AnkleID, I chose to put medical information: "NKDA - No Meds - No Hx" which to all medical persons translates to no known drug allergies, no current prescribed medications and no significant medical history.

I like being able to choose the information that is placed on the AnkleID.

Quote from the RoadID Website:
"Just strap in on and go. The ANKLE ID, constructed of comfortable and flexible neoprene, is designed to stand the test of time, but not interfere with your natural physical movement. Like all our IDs, the ANKLE ID can be laser engraved with your emergency contact information. The closure system in 3M reflective velcro and fully adjustable so that one size fits all (fits ankles up to 11.5”). Available in Blue, Black, Red and Pink."

Easily wraps around ankle (or wrist). No real installation. ID tag is removable.

(5)

Simple to understand - you don't really even need directions.

(5)

Constructed of neoprene. I've only worn it for training so far...

(5)

Fit... it fits! I bought the AnkleID over the WristID simply because I figure that I'll be able to put a racing chip on the AnkleID band.

(5)

It's lightweight, comfortable. Better than a borrowed ankle bracelet for a race chip.

(5)

It's velcro'd to appropriate length.

(5)

Seems very durable. I need to put some more training into it. So far so good.

(4)

At first I thought $20 was expensive, but then I remembered how expensive the bike is that I so often dream about. Words are engraved nicely.

(5)

I like it, a few color choices for original purchase. I chose black.

(5)

Very user friendly website, no person to person contact needed.

(5)

Again, easy to use and remove.

The AnkleID will not simply fall off! It's adjustable.

For longer duration training I could see it chaffing, however my ankle is the last place I'm worried about when it comes to chaffing!
