Ease of use

Fill it up with water, screw cap back on turn the dial to open or close and you're ready to go.

Performance

Camelbak knows the bite valve works, it keeps your drink from spilling and saves your teeth, the flow is just as good or better than a standard bottle.

Strengths

This is a great idea. Shame it took so many years for someone to come up with it. Basically, it is water bottle with a bite valve like in a standard camelbak system. You can "lock" the bottle while it is in your bag or backpack or whatever with no spill, then you "unlock" it, place it on your bike and you're ready to go. You then just bite the valve and squeeze and that's it. Place it back on your bike and it will not leak or squirt out.

Weakness

Cleaning the valve might take a little more time.
