If you have trouble remembering laps, numbers and times, this is the thing for you. It also recalls individual lap times, fastest, slowest, average, and total lap times, and recalls total number of laps completed & total lap time. Very good stuff to know and makes it so much more useful when looking for improvements all together or in sets.

This is a great product that makes the hours on the trainer go by much faster. The software is a little buggy and the customer support is nonexistant. That being said, I'm glad I bought this product over it's competitor, Computrainer.

Great bike, great price, I wouldn't get anything else. This bike will last me for a long time, just little upgrades along the way. I have switched my base bar and aerobars for the Cobra T2 set, plus carbon brake levers - I think the bike is perfect now.

Really great cycling pack that can double for running and as an every-day small pack.

I'm a skeptic at heart and compression socks seem a bit gimmicky. They're not. They work. At least these do.

I'm convinced and will be wearing my SLS3 compression socks for long runs and races.

Overall a really nice entry level roadie/racer bike for the price. Fuji may be overlooked, but compared to others where you're paying more for a name or just a single better component, you'd be hard pressed to find a better deal.

Gu Roctane is a new Ultra Endurance Energy from the manufacturers of GU. How is this different from the original GU??

It contains more amino acids which slow the build up of lactic acid in muscles.
It has more citrates to help get energy from carbohydrates.
It has more branched chain amino acids to aid in recovery, help maintain mental focus and reduce fatigue, as well as provide another energy source.
And the biggest change in the gel is it contains Ornithine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (okg) which limits the body's tendency to break down muscle protein tissue. OKG keeps you going longer and aids in recovery.

Now that that's out of the way...

I found that this GU did indeed work better than the original on my long training run. As I stated before it was easier to swallow as it's thinner than the Chocolate GU that I generally use.

It was also easier on my stomach than some other AA containing gels on the market. I believe this is because Roctane contains ginger to aid in digestion and calm the stomach, which is very much needed in ultra events.

I also found it to be an even burning fuel source. I did not experience an extreme increase in energy followed by a crash. The even energy allows me to keep a steady pace and therefore last longer and feel better both physically and mentally.

A huge improvement on an already great product.

Fairly happy with seat post as a substitute to make road bike into tri bike. It has been challenging getting the perfect fit, I dont think that will happen because of the underlying geometry of my road bike. Happy with added comfort in aero position compared to cost of new tri bike.

Good overall, just would like to use for swimming. Multisport feature includes run + bike, but "Other" is the last category.

This is a great online business for ordering things like Yankz. I can't speak to their other supplies, but I'll look to them again when I need something.

If you're having problems with NUMBNESS in the area where you'd rather NOT be numb, this is the best solution I've found. I opted for the "ROAD" saddle, and not the "RACE" saddle because I just seem to need a bit more padding, but the differences were very small in weight (my water bottle weighs more!). Their web site is extremely helpful. Looks wierd, feels good.
