I bit the bullet and bought a 910 -- then lost it. My boyfriend got me the 310 as a replacement. I love it. I had issues with the swim features of the 910 anyway, so this one is perfect for me. And it's compatible with the HR monitor and cadence sensor I had got for the 910.

I would highly recommend this product. I have the older model so to sure how the design changes will effect the ride but mine is great, if a trainer can be great as it grinds you into shape.

I've spent alot of hours and riden over 13,500 miles on these. Well made, road like feel and a quality workout everytime. Pricey compared to other trainers but well worth the money. Would definitely buy again. Here is link to the website that describes and sells the product: http://s428353027.e-shop.info/

I like their fit, stability and performance. I got the soft ground version, but for my rocky terrain, I really should have gotten the regular XT6's. The bigger lugs grab the rocks fine- but the rocks are already taking their toll on the soft rubber after only 50miles.

I dislike the lack of breathability. These shoes are better for the winter than the summer.

Overall. one of my favorite running shoes. Unfortunately, it looks like Saucony is discontinuing the model. Who knows what the IV will be like. I bought 2 more pair on closeout so I'll be able to continue to use the III for awhile.

I've tried probably a dozen different brands in an effort to find my perfect fit. And I'm not just talking about the cheapest, I bought some $30+ pairs that didn't work for me. When I found these goggles, I found my swimming soul mate. They are perfect in every way.

One note: they also make a Nest Pro "Nano" version. These are smaller than the normal nest pros, so make sure you don't buy the wrong one...

Techpaddles (http://techpaddle.com/index.php) were recommended to me by my swim coach Marty Gaal. I had worked with hand paddles and gloves before and thought they were fine for what they are intended to do. However, I did have to really be careful not to over-torque my shoulders with them. These forearm paddles work really well when practicing the 'power-stroke' type catch that Techpaddle calls the Early Vertical Forearm. I use these for dogpaddle, one arm, and catch up drill (fist drill is automatic with the handles). When my stroke is right, I can feel the difference. I'm a fan of these swim tools.

Great piece of equipment to have in your training bag during training. I owned an older Garmin Forerunner and didn't really use it (I was mainly just running then). With the 910xt, however, I find that being able to track and log my workouts in all three events is a great tool and also motivator. If you have the budget it is definitely worth it.

If you can afford, you cannot go wrong training with the new software.

TYR is a reputable brand. Not sure if it's just the black ones, in that they may be made with different materials than the traditional clear models, but the goggle repeatedly split on the nose. Could be disastrous during a long OWS race. Will never buy another pair of these and do not recommend them to anyone. Will be going with the AquaSphere Kaiman, and we'll see how that goes.

I'm happy with it. Definitely not as loud as a mag trainer. Fits nicely in the spare bedroom. I recently traveled with it over xmas - was not too burdensome at all. Definitely falls into the category of you get what you pay for.

Overall I am pleased with this bike. I was a bit hesistant to purchase having read all of the terrible reviews on this and other sites but I think those pertain to the 1st generation TDF whereas I have a 2nd Gen TDF and many of these issues seem to have been fixed as the salesman assured me. I would still prefer to be on the road but due to the number of people I personally know that have recently been injured or even died from bike crashes, I have switched to training much more indoors. Doing so on a trainer has been miserable. I am signed up for IM Chattanooga this year and will have to do some long rides indoors and have finally found a vehicle that will allow me to train with much greater ease and conveniece.

Overall this is a good drink system for the price point. It helps me stay hydrated and is easy to use. It also helps keep the front of my bike hydrated though as the cap leaks.

Overall, a good quality and comfortable seat for the price. if you are looking for a comfortable saddle (much more comfortable than the rock hard stock one that came with my bike) at a reasonable price, this is a good choice.
