A great affordable overall cycling shoes. I would recommend to anyone for a first cycling shoe if the price is right.

If you are going to be out running or biking by yourself without your ID this is a vital piece of equipment.

Great trainer, hoping I like the new generation coming out and I can get them reasonably priced... i.e. 60-$70 dollars for a training shoe that is good for a little over 2 months.

The Brooks Adrenaline GTS 10 is my everyday training and racing shoe. I put a fair amount of miles on these shoes each week and they handle all I can throw at them, from wet rainy weather, to hot and humid days in South Louisiana. They are lightweight and dry out fast but still have the support to withstand heavier runners. I would recommend these shoes to all fitness levels, especially if you have some pronation issues.

Local Running store recommended this shoe after I tried 2 other models. This shoe does the job, it provides stability, but they are a little stiff until you break them in (100 miles)

I just ordered a second 305 for my son. The price difference between the 305, and new devices from Garmin just don't justify the latest and greatest.

The Bikila LS was designed for the bigger/wider feet. It has the same soles as the regular Bikilas, but with speed laces. I tried on both models and the LS fit a lot more snug. I ran 5k on the first day, calves were a little sore afterwards. They feel pretty much like my KSO's. I'm a true believer in forefoot running. Ever since switching running styles, my hip, lower-back, knee pains have disappeared. The only injuries I get are usually from over-use and over-training related. If your new to Vibrams, start light and add mileage slowly. I can't stress this enough.

This solves certain problems for people who don't have ready access to the pool and provides a good work out for people looking to work on power. It isn't for everyone or even for everyday, but it can give you time in the water that you wouldn't otherwise have. Definitely worth the $20-$25 you pay for it.

From the first ride to now, I couldn't be more pleased with this bike. It rides and handles like the big name brand 29ers for a fraction of the cost. Anyone wanting a sweet ride, with no brand name hangups should definitely check it out.

A great HRM that can still be worn as a daily watch, with enough basic functions for a beginner.

I've got my MTB on it so I can ride during injury recovery and foul weather. I am impressed with the quality and ease of use. It's a really great workout.
