Good unit for the price. Multi sport mode would be a great added feature

Strengths

Great unit for training on the bike and running. The training programs available (interval, etc) are great tools and make interval workouts easy and nearly fun.

Weakness

No multi-sport mode and not swim friendly. The book says 30 min at 6 feet but does not recommend swimming because the user can get a good shock.
