"Great set of first aerobars. If you're unsure try them, I'm pretty sure you'll like them"karstens11
Ease of use
Takes a little to get used to the handling and new weight distribution due to the different seating position, but by my 2nd ride I was very comfortable with it.
Quality of Construction
Very good
Fit
Even for a big guy like me (6'4'' 230lbs) it seems to work well
Comfort
I didn't realize just how comfortable the aero position is. Already, I purchased a bottle from the same manufacturer for the aero bars. In the winter I need to work on the shifters. The position is just so darn comfortable, that you don't want to change it.
I used to get numbness in finger tips on the regular drop bars, but not anymore in the aero position.
Adjustability
Pretty much anything can be adjusted except for the lateral position of the pads (you cannot move them forward or backwards, just left or right), but that doesn't seem to matter.
Durability
Too early to tell, but looks to be ok (there is a not a lot of load on the aerobars anyway).
Value
90 bucks for a piece of aluminum...ok...
Appearance
Doesn't look as cool as the custom handle bars with carbon s bend aerobars (also doesn't cost a fortune), but some nice tape on the handle bar will make it more attractive
Customer Service
Online purchase at amazon.com (actual shipper tri-zone). No problems, good email communication.
Performance
I was definitely on the fence about aero bars, but just the comfort factor makes them wortwhile. I can already tell a difference in speed (esp. when you have headwind). I can tell a difference in the muscles used (the quads seem to be used more).
Strengths
Inexpensive, can be added to any bike very easily, adjustable, very comfortable, good quality.
Weakness
Heavier aluminum as opposed to carbon fiber

Ease of installation
Very easy. No problems what soever. I moved my bike "computer" to the extension piece, that the handle bar mounts to.
