"I've already bought the updated Vomero 5 to continue my relationship with the line. If you find something that works, there's no reason to change it. Great training shoe, and I've raced in it well - although I would like to try a lighter weight racing shoe to see how the performance compares."steel099
Fit
Fits me well - I did get a half size larger than the Vomero 2.
Comfort
My third pair in the Vomero line - I find them very comfortable
Durability
These are very cushioned and comfortable shoes - the downside to them is I feel they don't last as long as some others, and once the cushioning begins to break down they aren't nearly as comfortable
Value
Definitely more expensive than some shoes, but not excessive. It would be nice if they lasted a little longer. Got mine with a 20% off coupon from my LRS.
Appearance
I actually liked the color scheme and pattern much better than the two pairs of Vomero 2's that I owned previously. I would have liked to have a had a few more color options, but I thought they were a great looking shoe.
Performance
I've never thought I had any negative impact from these shoes - especially over longer races I think comfort improves performance. I have not had the chance to try a more race specific shoe to compare to, though.
Strengths
Cushioning and comfort - I'm a neutral runner, but not overly efficient and despite my size, I strike heavily.
Weakness
Minor durability issue, a little heavier than some shoes.

Quality of Construction
Some webbing on outer began to break down towards end of use. Also had a seem on the inside that would cause some rubbing/blistering over runs of about 4 miles when I was trying to adjust to sockless running - not an issue if wearing socks.
