"Overall, I found this to be a very good protein drink, and I would recommend it. The taste was, I thought, surprisingly good. I probably wouldn't mix it up just as a chocolatey treat, but after a workout, it is an excellent protein delivery vehicle. I have been happy using chocolate milk in the past, and I can't say that I have noticed any real difference in results from this product, but I certainly have enjoyed using it so far."MCA

Appearance
The drink looks like regular chocolate milk after being mixed with water. A bit grainy, but not bad.
Performance
The protein drink was easy to consume and digest. I had no negative stomach reactions, and it did help my muscles recover after strength training.
Strengths
Ease of use, easy on the stomach, good recovery for working muscles.
Weakness
A little grainy when mixed.

Ease of use
Mixes with a cup of water. Difficult to get it to fully dissolve--even with vigorous stirring for a minute, I still had some "graininess" in the drink, but it was not bad and did not detract from the overall good taste.
