"I'm very pleased with this watch - in fact I'd say I love it. I had two Timex run trainers prior to this and they worked fine but were ugly (IMO) and not nearly as intuitive. Plus the Timex requires manual lap counting int he pool. I'm not a big fan of the idea of spending $400 for a plastic watch that will ineveitably fail or become outdated so I was happy with the TomTom as an alternative to the other multisports out there."healthlawyer
Ease of use
Super easy and intuitive. It has only one big button which use by hitting the top bottom or left and right. The button can be set up to have an audible click or not.
Quality of Construction
The band seems like it could be a little flimsy but the watch pops out of the band so I imagine it would be easy to buy a replacement band
Fit
Very comfortable and it's not huge like other GPs watches so you can use it as a regular watch.
Comfort
I do all three sports with it and have no comfort issues.
Adjustability
Lots of holes in the band make it very adjustable
Durability

Value
Compared to the other mutlisport options out there (Garmin and Suunto) I think this is a great option. I have found it to be pretty accurate in the pool and on treadmill runs and the GPS locks on much faster than my old Timex runtrainer. It's probaly not as data-sich as the Garmin or Suunto but its half the price and capture the data I need.
Appearance
Looks pretty cool as GPS watches go.
Customer Service
Haven't had to use yet
Performance
I have foudn it to be pretty accurate inthe pool and on treadmill runs. in the pool it is sometimes off by one or two lengths which isn't bad over 70+ lengths. Treadmill runs seem spot on. GPS links up very quickly and is accurate.
Strengths
Easy functionality for a great price comparatively.
Weakness
Not as data-rich as other mutlisport options. Band is al ittle flimsy

Ease of installation
Right out of the box I found this watch to be easy and intuitive. Not alot of set up needed but it could all pretty much be done on thw watch itself. I don't use the TomTom workout software as I upload to Strava so I can't comment on the software set up, if any.
