Ease of installation

This was a breeze to put together. My husband's bike was hooked up in it within 15 minutes of opening the box.

This trainer is strong like bull!! It is very sturdy and it's easy to fold down for storage purposes.

Performance

My favorite part about this trainer is how quiet it is. However I give this a 4/5 because it takes a while to gauge the appropriate amount of tension in the back for a training session. I question whether or not it slips with use.

Strengths

- Easy to construct and attach your bike.
- Nice high energy POV bonus DVD to keep you motivated during your workout.
- Sturdy, easily folds down for storage purposes and isn't incredibly heavy.
- Quiet!!!!!! :)

Weakness

None that I've experienced to date.
