CycleOps Mag Indoor Bicycle Trainer gear reviews

This trainer was a gift and so far, I like it. The resistance is just ok. I can get a decent workout on this trainer by changing gears but don't expect to do any big hill simulation. It is quiet enough that I can spin in the living room and not wake the kids with the TV at a moderate level. I am happy as a beginning cyclist.

Overall this was a perfect investment as I cannot stand exercising outside in the cold weather. Of course riding on the trainer is extremely boring if you don't have something to keep your mind preoccupied with. I definitely sweat a great deal more when I am on the trainer than when I simply out riding and that's for obvious reason but when I'm done getting a session in on the trainer I know I've gotten a good workout.

overall, it's a good piece of equipment. when not able to ride outside, it allows me to have a good interval workout in just a few minutes of setup.

No regrets on this purchase. Will be buying another one soon.

It actually came in a set with a riser block, a rubber mat, and a sweat catcher, so I thought it was a nice deal. The one thing is that the tire does seem to squeak quite a bit. Anybody have any advice to offer on that front? Is that something I can fix via tire inflation or anything else like that?

Great product, good value with DVD. has been somewhat pleasurable indoor riding with it.
