Comments: Crazy ass head winds at times and a lot of rolling hills! What would you do differently?: Work on bike fitness more during training... Transition 2
Comments: Some chump was in my way for like 30 seconds... cramped some too. It really slowed my down. Plus my toes being all taped up slowed me down as well! What would you do differently?: Not injure myself on a brick workout 2 days before the race... Run
Comments: Did really well the 1st 3 miles and then the wheels came off. If I hadn't injured my feet so bad a couple of days earlier I would've done way better on the run and overall! Oh well! I am still happy for a 1st half. I wanted 5:15 and I beat that so I'm stoked! :) What would you do differently?: Not get injured... Post race
