Woke up at the Camp site with Kilo Dave and Hotrod Meg and had some cereal and then we got set up and ready to race!

Some chump was in my way for like 30 seconds... cramped some too. It really slowed my down. Plus my toes being all taped up slowed me down as well!

Not injure myself on a brick workout 2 days before the race...

Did really well the 1st 3 miles and then the wheels came off. If I hadn't injured my feet so bad a couple of days earlier I would've done way better on the run and overall! Oh well! I am still happy for a 1st half. I wanted 5:15 and I beat that so I'm stoked! :)

Not get injured...
