Swim
Comments: Water was nice. Didn't need a wetsuit but would of helped my time. What would you do differently?: I should consentarte more on myself the who is around me and work on breathing properly rather then keeping head above the water. Also should stay on the outside so as not to get kicked. Transition 1
Comments: T1 was good. Took a little more time than I wanted with putting on shoes. I was located right next to the exit and was able to get out quickly and pass a few people. What would you do differently?: Need to get clip-less. and a tri top. Bike
Comments: Did well to keep speed and cadence any flat points. Probably averaged about 22-25 mi/hr. Down hills helped getting up speed . What would you do differently?: Need to clime more hill and get speed up on them. Also should work on Cadence. Transition 2
Comments: Had running shoes already on but need to have shoes tied more/ get some yankz. Also used race belt for the first time and worked out well. Run
Comments: Run was good. Legs felt good and it felt that I was running that slower then I actual was. What would you do differently?: Push myself more on the down hills. Post race
Warm down: Ate a lot of watermelon and drank more G2. Did some minor Stretching. Help my patents move out of their house lifting lots of heavy furniture. What limited your ability to perform faster: Myself! Event comments: A lot more people there then what I thought. Well organized but they allowed cars to drive on the roads during the running rout. I saw 2 cars going opposite directions trying to get threw the pack. Last updated: 2009-09-08 12:00 AM
