Ate a bagel with jelly, granola and a banana for breakfast.

The bike start was not normal due to the cancellation of the swim portion. There were a lot of bikes to contend with and not many rules were being followed. I think I would have done better overall without these factors.

Very strong crosswinds for most of ride (some head and tail winds).

The course was fun! It would have been more enjoyable without the wind but it's Galveston so it's normal and part of the fun!

Push harder and not forget my water!

Should have peed during transition. Peed all over myself.

Walked around. Ate a banana and drank water.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

I needed to pee and did not. I think if I would have gone I would have pushed harder.
