Pre-race routine:

normal breakfast at 3:30 am. Oatmeal with half of a peanut butter sandwich.
Event warmup:

got marked up and racked my bike in first come slot available. Swam a little. Felt like I had to go #1 but I ignored it and chose to not pee in the lake. anyone every seen that movie?

Just drafted and kept people beside me. Looked up to sight maybe 5 times total, I could have pushed harder but swam a comfortable swim with a large group.
Cant figure out how to do the calc but the race report says 1:49 min splits.

maybe did the worm coming out of the water? It was the disco triathlon? geez!

Drank almost a full bottle of my secret go juice. and half of my aqua. had to pull over close to the finish. I love my bladder
