What would you do differently?: Practice on more hills and train harder with higher cadence!! Transition 2
What would you do differently?: Un-do my shoe more in advance and peal with feet on top of shoe for very short distance (before dis-mount) Run
What would you do differently?: Hopefully my ankle/foot won't be hurt next time!! Train more on mountain trails runnig up and down Post race
Warm down: STRETCH, and STRETCH some more!! What limited your ability to perform faster: Training, diet and injuries!! Need to focus more on my training, and give up o the meat and dairy!!
