after the bike not much run left in my legs the heat and wind took a lot out

heat and wind stomach distress that sarted two days before the race

Event comments:

Temp was high sun was out post race I have severe strips of sunburn (blistering) where spots were missed with sun screen NEED TO PAY CLOSE ATTENTION TO SEAMS, AND CLOTHING TO SKIN TRANSITIONS they burned bad

Course: two loop Garmin says 4300ft of assent per loop the "wall" 8/10 mile up to 17% grade a couple of other shorter steep grade climbs killed my legs. rough road with pot holes and tar strips issues at speed
