Comments: Start sucked. Swim was over 600. What would you do differently?: WARM UP! Transition 1
Comments: T1 time started as soon as I was out of the water. A nice touch to see a swim time without going into T1. Ate and drank in T1 so I wouldn't waste time on the bike. What would you do differently?: RUN faster! Bike
Comments: Flat and smooth. One bridge and and an out and back railroad track. Lots of bike traffic so it was good practice for other races. Some women slowed down around corners and across the tracks so that was challenging for me, but overall a nice course with great support. The course into the finish was too narrow and very unsafe for the number of cyclists coming in. What would you do differently?: Ride faster. Transition 2
What would you do differently?: Change up laces on Zoot shoes. Run
Comments: Cramped a mile and a half into the run. Ave pace was 8.32. Felt good to get across the finish line. I was surprised at the pace considering how I felt while running. Post race

Got up at 3.45, and ate Greek yogurt. Drove to Brewerton with my mom. Bike was racked the night before.
Got into the water @ 6.45. I should have followed Karen's advice and swam rather than just splash around.
