Pre-race routine:

Up at 4:45
Small bowl of Cheerios and Special K. 1/2 Banana and 8 oz of water
Put Bike on Truck, go pick up Markus. 25min drive up to Wyckoff
Event warmup:

Rack bike, Put up Flag. Ben was the only BTer to introduce himself!!
Set up bag, on line for Port o Johns, and stretched. Listening to Green day on the Nano!! Feeling good. Final check to Trans bag. Grab gear and head down to the lake.

Over all good swim. I was slow to start in the back, but that was my game plan. Lost of age groupers doing the breast stroke in the last 200.

First 4 miles I pushed real hard. Then decided to spin a little more so I don't stress out the legs. Need to conserve for the 5 mile run ahead.

Grabed 6 oranges, and 6 little muffins,
Broke down the trans area, Talked to a couple people I know from Swimming and Spin class.
