Swim
Comments: Had my goggles knocked off in the first 100 and then got tied up with someone who thought it was a good idea to dunk me. When we got tied up I strained my shoulder so it bothered me the rest of the swim. On the back side I was way too wide and this caused me to swim some extra distance. What would you do differently?: I think I am taking the swim too easy so I need to push more! Transition 1
Comments: I had a little trouble getting my wetsuit off which caused me to sit on the ground. What would you do differently?: keep pushing to make quicker Bike
Comments: This was a good ride for the early season- I was mentally pushing through most of the course. I found my self alone at times which sometimes allowed my mind to drift. What would you do differently?: I could have pushed harder! Transition 2

Comments: Felt really good coming out of T2-- ran the first mile at a comfortable pace but was moving consistently. About 1 1/2 miles in my mind started to wonder and cause thoughts of pain and that I could not do this. Miles 2 and 3 were a run/ walk and trying to get my head on straight. With 1/2 mile to go a woman pushed me to finish strong and that I did :) need to learn to put these thoughts out and focus on something else What would you do differently?: stay mentally focused on the run...I have it in me physical just need to perform Post race
Warm down: Finished with a smile and found the GF! Collected my things and got out of there so I was not attacked by the BUGS.
