pushed a little harder than I had planned, felt good passing people so I just did it, halfway home, I knew I could do a 5:30 so I just kept pushing, peed 3 times

maybe drink a bit more right at the end as I had some cramping on mile 3 of the run

had a fast first half, but fell off a bit in the second, walked for 45 seconds while consuming honey bun at special needs and never made up for that slow mile, cramped on last mile while trying to push a fast finish, but tried to drink lots of perform at last aid station

drink more near the end and not walk through special needs
