Comments: This was my best swim, did suggested visualization calmed before start kept a steady pace and steady breathing. One marker at a time good buoy spotting. Hoping this has set me up for next one now that i have concentrated on not panicking and anxiety I can hopefully concentrate on technique. Comments: forgot to leave helmet clipped on, thinking about not falling off bike and unclpping feet, got chatted to at T2 from official,(my bad was in the zone) probbaly lost 15 seconds there What would you do differently?: KEEP MY HELMET DONE UP Run
