I need my own wetsuit and practice stripping it in a race tempo.

I need a faster bike(I'm on a 1996 Trek MTB 21spd)... Peddled hard and smooth. Stayed in my top three gears the whole ride.

Replace my bike before next season

Struggled to find my little area. Need to practice coming into transition from both directions.
What would you do differently?:

Practice finding my spot from other direction. Maybe bring some sidewalk chalk to make a easier to spot mark(is that legal?)
