Run
Comments: I lined up between the 1:45 and 2:00 pace groups. Even though I lined up appropriately, it still took a few miles to settle down and find peeps running my pace. I think that it may have been the same band that was there the past two years. Post race
Warm down: Finish, medal, chocolate milk Second Breakfast Outlets, mocha Event comments: Next year this event is moving to the first weekend in March and the start/finish area is moving to the Myrtle Beach Sports Center which is currently under construction and will be located adjacent the convention center a little less than a mile away. I finished my warm up run in the start area. I had carried water with me and had a Gu and sipped on water while waiting for the port-o-pots. By then it was time to head to the corral and line up. National anthem, wheel chair start, and they are off...
