I'm just not in sprint tri shape, but I made a very good effort and held pace pretty well, until falling apart late and slowing in the last few miles

actually 11.6 miles; not 12, but I could be over 20 mph at '12'-ha!-- tried to hold my HR at ~150 and power ~220 and achieved the goal pretty much-- the big hill at Minor Hill wasn't too bad as long as you just go slow and power up-- of note, I got my first ever KOM, just shows how few people must ride that segment, beat the race winner today on that segment, a 2.2 mile hill, by 4 seconds-nice!

my distance was 3.17 miles= could not hold my HR at 150, but it was ~145 for the most part and definitely above 150 for the hill
