Comments:

For some reason I thought I read before the race that it was two laps.. but according to my time I thought I was going way too slow.. Confused until I asked someone if it was only one lap! :) Thank God....

Comments:

Had two horrible cramps on the first 4 miles of the run. Wasn't sure if I could finish.. but was able to walk / run off the cramps.
What would you do differently?:

Taken Sodium tablets while on the bike so I wouldn't have cramped so bad on the run.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Could have used some salt tablets earlier before the run so I wouldn't have cramped up so bad the first 4 miles!

Event comments:

Fun race.. but a little hilly on the run segment.
