Comments: had a good pace going into the race. Wanted right around the 9min mile. What would you do differently?: I would have not taken 2weeks off before the race, but I have been in the process of moving!!! Transition 1
Comments: First tranny! What would you do differently?: Speed up a little bit...every second counts! Bike
What would you do differently?: I want to push it more on the bike and gain speed for going up hills. That is my strong point. I worried too much about saving my legs for the run! Transition 2

Comments: OUCH!!! Didn't warm up enough, right calf cramped up bad!!! Still very sore! I had to slow down and strech it out a lot. Thanks to Kelly, she kept me going when I wanted to stop and walk it off a little bit! I was disappointed in this run due to lack of stretching! What would you do differently?: Stretch and warm up more. Post race

Woke up at 6am. Did all the pre-morning stuff. Drank some yummy drinks and some toast with peanut butter!
1 mile warm up. did some stretching but it wasn't enough (as you will read later).
