Warm down: warmed down What limited your ability to perform faster: training! Event comments: this was really put together well for a first time event of this distance w/this many competitors as were registered > the packet p/up was organized w/o any incidents > plenty of booths w/anything that one might need > had a band playing > my only thoughts would be to find a way to route the run course off of the gravel sand, etc volunteers were fantastic! very enthusiastic and always yelling and cheering > some had their "young kids" out helping which is always a treat for me to see and have yelling for you > the lapped bike course and run course were an added perk > the run course had many,many spectators lined along the w/way which is really kewl!!!
