Comments: was on pace most of the run,wasn't as smooth as I would have liked I am still very pleased with my performance. What would you do differently?: warm up better, get longer training runs in, not wear new shoes Post race
Warm down: popped and bandaged blistered feet, stretched What limited your ability to perform faster: pre-existing injuries (achilles tendonitis, strained left glute) started bothering me around mile 9. developed blisters on balls of feet around mile 8 due to new shoes' insoles' textured surface.
