Comments: It was very demoralizing to have all the pro women/elite men/elite women passing me the whole way (I was a corporate relay member). Actually, pretty much everyone was passing me. That's what I get for racing my weakest event in a relay! Post race

Wished my relay teammates good luck. Had some water, gatorade, and granola.
Some stretching and pushups to get heart rate up.
