 Comments: Good tranisition What would you do differently?: Right after T2 threw my bag of food to my mom since I was very heavy and bouncing around on my race belt...Think of a new way to hold food.  Run 
 Comments: Did not eat for first 5 miles...just drank water...First 6 miles were great...then sucked (6 miles I was at 7:20 pace) From not eating on the bike i had major stomach cramps and had to slow down for the next 3-4 miles walk/jog) Stopped and walked every aid station drinking gatorade and power gels. At mile 10 I was able to start running again and ended with another 7:20 mile. Felt good for most of it but i know I can do so much better without getter more fit.
