My bike time is based off my Garmin reading so it isn't exact but it's close. I really felt like I had a good ride and was surprised. This year I was planning on being more of an ultrarunning year so I haven't gotten in much swim or bike time at all. This was a BSLT bike PR for me.

I don't know how much time I wasted in T2 but I did waste time. For some reason I hadn't gotten my run gear ready so when I got to T2 I had to dig through my transition bag trying to find things.

Again, the time is an estimate based on the fact that the clyde who finished 8 seconds ahead of me had a time of 2:05:06. It's not very accurate but probably close enough.

Either way I had a great run, another BSLT PR performance.

Event comments:

I love BSLT 70.3, it is a hard race but well run. Despite the fact that I beat my last BSLT time by 21 minutes and 23 seconds I still ended up 4th. My last, slower time took first place that year.
