Felt great swimming, only thing I could have used were googles that didn't fog up every minute.

Took bike a little too strong for first 30 miles and had difficulty climbing hills later and made me fatigued for the run. Also, my right shoulder was very sore from my position.
What would you do differently?:

Work more on the bike to increase stamina and get my bike professionally fit.

Bonked!!! Went to fast on the bike and ended up with back cramps, sore left foot and had to walk portions of the hills due to exhaustion
What would you do differently?:

Have more bricks and back off on speed on the bike.

Limited training and too aggressive on first half of bike.
