Got up in the morning, had my english muffin with egg and cheese.

Did a run warmup and swim. Skipped the bike due to the baby ice breaker happening at that time.

I did well on the bike. Set a PR for the split. Averaged 1 mph faster than I've ever done. 1.5 mph faster than last year on the same course.

Get faster. :-)

I didn't get the watch out of the bike holder to the wrist holder had to carry it in, so I wasn't able to unbuckle the shoes.

Do the watch after I get back to transition.

Set a PR on this race. Beat last years time by 3:59.

What limited your ability to perform faster:

Strength in the run. Not tapering due to this really being a training race.

Event comments:

I love this race. I really like the group that runs it, TBF. I did it last year and I'll do it again next year.
