  • Comments: I really enjoyed this race. My goal time was to beat 2:00:00 and I did that so overall it was a success. The trail run was tough on me, but I could see myself doing the event again next year.

  • Comments: It was my first tri so I don't have anything but a 5K to compare it too. It was pretty laid back in parts, which was nice in some ways, but led to me not getting a race t-shirt in my size and athletes getting in the way of racers in transition. There were not enough aid stations for the weather on the run. Split times were never given to us so I had to estimate my time in each section. The Overall results are up but the Division results are not so I had to manually calculate my age group rank.

  • Comments: Fun race, good challenging short course. Lake is not the most beautiful, but the course was enjoyable for spectators.

  • Comments: It was my first race so I have nothing to compare it to. Overall, I was very pleased with the event. Only started a few minutes late but had no problems with sign-up, transition, aid stations, etc. Volunteers and organizers were great. My family had a great time and all the folks (racers, organizers, volunteers) were really friendly. All routes and directions were clearly marked.

  • Comments: Not sure it's fair of me to rate the race, since it's my first. I was pretty happy with everything on race day. They seem to be taking a long time to get the race results up though. The overall results were finally posted late today (one day later), but the division breakdowns aren't up yet. I'm curious what they show as my official splits.
