Comments: Being that it was my first half ever, I did not know what to expect from myself. I had set a goal of 2:20 so was a little disappointed to miss that by 2.5 minutes. Post race
Warm down: Nothing really, just took in water and a roll. What limited your ability to perform faster: I was definitely undertrained due to being sick a couple times over the winter/spring. Lost several weeks due to that. Also have been dealing with bilateral ITB issues for the past month or so... Event comments: I will definitely be doing this race again next year. This was my first ever half marathon. Ate a bowl of oatmeal at 5am. Had a gu 15 minutes before race.
Just the long walk from the parking lot to the starting line. Did a little light stretching
