Peed on my bike twice. Saw a lot of people getting off to pee and I decided what the hell. Save myself some minutes, its all water at this point right?

First half of the run went very well. But due to lack of nutrition on the bike i died on the last half of the run.

Eat more on the bike. Only took in liquids.
