Comments: Actually pretty pleased with my swim. The swim was at least 50 yards longer than a half mile. But it went fairly well. What would you do differently?: practice getting my heart rate higher maybe even push a little more. bi lateral breathing maybe? Transition 1

Comments: bike was good. Wish I had been faster but who doesn't. There was alot of drafting. Glad I could stay away from that and race clean. Transition 2
Comments: Very quick smooth transition. Would be faster if not for the long run in t2 Run
Comments: PISSED!!! RUN is my strong suit and I just didn't do what I thought I should. Running near an 8min mile is not acceptable for me. Should be more around 7:15-7:30 What would you do differently?: go faster, or go home! Post race
