Actually pretty pleased with my swim. The swim was at least 50 yards longer than a half mile. But it went fairly well.
What would you do differently?:

practice getting my heart rate higher maybe even push a little more. bi lateral breathing maybe?

PISSED!!! RUN is my strong suit and I just didn't do what I thought I should. Running near an 8min mile is not acceptable for me. Should be more around 7:15-7:30

maybe not having anything to pace me on the run. I need a GPS or something!
