Well late registration put me in back of line. I took a spot of someone that couldn't make it. It was a 6min swim time. I had to swim past many people which is hard to do in the pool.

I basically took off. Didn't hold anything back really. Besides the mud and a small cramp in my calf that went away... It was great.

Could of run harder with someone pushing me
