  • Comments: Great race for a small tri. I liked the double TT starts at the pool as we probably got through 250 people in a little over 20 minutes. The one NEGATIVE is that I wish they would use a photographer that provides quality options to pick from. I have rarely seen Celebrated Images produce anything worthy of buying (they just don't know where to set-up and take a good photo) - the local people who did the Kiwanis Tri 2 weeks ago were so much better and more professional.

  • Comments: course is flat and fast on new roads. Run course is rather confusing.... Thought there wasn't any type of food at first, but pizza showed up way later.

  • Comments: The race was nicely put on. They had pizza at the finish line, but it doesn't sound good at 10:00 in the morning. There is another sprint fo the exact same distance at this venue in August. I will do it to check on progress. I hope to cut 10-15 min off my time.

  • Comments: I liked this race a lot. Last night I was kind of cursing my decision to go all the way out there and making a mental note not to do it again, but now I am psyched to do it again next year. They use the same course for another sprint in August, but I think I like the cooler temp. This was the first year for this May race.

  • Comments: I hope Jack Weiss stays at it for many years to come. He is an excellent race director...Thank you to Rockwall Rotary and the great volunteers. Congratulations to Michael Dawdy for OA win and setting a course record @ 55 minutes.
