Pre-race routine:

Woke up and put all my gear in the car. Had some Amino Vital. I was feeling kinda sick to my stomach, so I did not eat anything. Racked my bike and set up my gear, all the normal stuff. Had some Gatorade Endurance

uhhh, warm down? There was almost no food left by the time I got in there, had some gatorade and sat in the shade.

my knee!
