I can't imagine having a worse start and worse corners and I was trapped between 3 people for 3/4 of the race... but not too tired when I left the water either so that was nice!
What would you do differently?:

Sprint to the front and position myself better and don't look back!

I really didn't care about transitions since this was my first outdoor triathlon and just wanted to get the "feel" for what happens after the swim and how tired and how congested it can be and whether I actually need to wear socks or not and how long it would take to get off my wetsuit and whether I should try and dry off a little or...

Put on my helmet and do the rest while running with my bike...

I still had quite a bit of energy although my right bottom foot hurt and ran my fastest time of the year by about 1.5 minutes and I am only 30 seconds off my previous season goal of 22:00 but have now revised that to 20 flat.
What would you do differently?:

Nothing.

For the weather that was confronting them I don't think it could have been any better other than maybe a little more planning on that 100% uphill bike route... :)
